The topic I choose to do is on the unemployment rate our country is faced with. As the title says, one in five adults are unemployed, approximately 12 million people. The reason I choose to blog on this issue is because it touches close to home for my family. Both of my parents faced unemployment for over a year, which created many hardships for our family between moving to a small house and almost out of state, cutting back on several expenses and luxuries, and tension amongst the household.
